Addison Energy Technologies (AET) is a growing Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing company headquartered in Toccoa, Georgia. We have immediate openings for experienced TAB Technicians and motivated TAB Trainees to join our team for a large-scale project located in Jackson, Mississippi.

TAB Technicians

Responsibilities

  • Review project plans, mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment submittals
  • Perform on-site testing, adjusting, and balancing of commercial HVAC systems
  • Accurately document airflow, water flow, equipment performance, and other system readings
  • Identify and report deficiencies, anomalies, and nonperforming system components
  • Prepare clear and accurate field documentation
  • Coordinate professionally with clients, owners, contractors, subcontractors, project coordinators, and team members
  • Support project schedules and adapt to changing jobsite priorities
  • Follow all AET and project-specific safety requirements


Qualifications

  • Previous TAB, HVAC, mechanical, or engineering-related experience
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC system design and construction
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment submittals
  • TAB certification or the ability and willingness to obtain certification
