Our Store Managers are leadersresponsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of all day-to-dayoperations of the store.
As the store manager, you should feel comfortable delegatingtasks and playing from your teammate's strengths. It is your responsibility toidentify patterns and reoccurring issues in the front, and the back end of thebusiness. You should have (at least) a basic understanding of all aspects ofyour business.
