Since 1977, that philosophy has guided our growth from a single roofing supply store into a best in class leading independent building materials distributor serving customers across Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. We provide a one-stop-shop experience for roofing products, siding, windows, waterproofing materials, and accessories—backed by exceptional customer service and long-term business partnerships.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with manufacturers, vendors, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and service teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Address customer concerns including product inquiries, complaints, backorders, defective materials, and order or delivery issues
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively showcase offerings
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, including cold calling and followups
  • Participate in ongoing training, including sales meetings, factory tours, and industry trade shows
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales (inside sales or account management preferred)
  • Proven experience in customer service and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM platforms
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills
  • Additional Requirement:
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) is required or strongly preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
  • Benefits:
  • 401(k)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Paid time off
  • Join our team and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact our growth and success.
