Sales Development Representative
Sales Development Representative will assist in all facets of the sales process including lead generation, presentations, contracts, and product deployments.
Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts.
  • Identify trends and create strategies to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Use creative strategies and out-of-the-box techniques to identify business value, quote prices, compare options, and provide cost justification to close opportunities.
  • Research accounts and follow-through on leads.
  • Accurately document and manage all sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Identify decision-makers, qualify needs, present relevant value, and overcome barriers.
  • Increase satisfaction, build referrals, strengthen brand identity, and grow customer loyalty to the company through your interaction with prospects and customers.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Desire to learn from senior level sales executives.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Bilingual-Spanish is a plus but not required as we do have a LATAM division.
