Job description

We are seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Associate to support our Sales and Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, researching target accounts, and contributing to revenue growth initiatives.


In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise technology sales, the Microsoft partner ecosystem, AI transformation, and strategic account development. You will work alongside experienced sales leaders while supporting business development, market research, CRM management, and client engagement activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research prospective clients across key industries and identify relevant decision-makers
  • Build and maintain target account lists using CRM tools and market research
  • Support outbound prospecting campaigns through email and other channels
  • Assist with lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and pipeline updates
  • Prepare account research and briefing documents for client meetings
  • Help organize webinars, client events, and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data
  • Monitor industry trends, AI adoption, and Microsoft ecosystem developments
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and consulting teams on growth initiatives
