We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our pipeline of high-value B2B leads and support our mission of bringing legacy systems into the future.

Role Overview

The SDR is the first point of contact in our sales process.

You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and booking meetings for our business development team. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, and energized by the idea of connecting with technology leaders who need custom software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach, with a focus on decision-makers in mid-to-enterprise level organizations.
  • Conduct research on industries, companies, and key contacts to tailor outreach efforts and personalize communications.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM, tracking outreach efforts and pipeline progression.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on messaging, campaigns, and content that supports outbound efforts.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent Viagio Technologies at industry events, professional groups, and trade association meetings
  • Build relationships and present Viagio products and services effectively.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and leadership teams on lead quality, messaging performance, and prospect pain points.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role
    • Technology or software services and consultative sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
  • Continual learner with industry trends and sales.
  • $20k+ Experience selling solutions
  • Must have a valid Driver's license and pass a background check.

Compensation & Benefits


Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000-$85,000 with uncapped commissions
