Program Delivery Consultant – Digital Product & Analytics

We are partnering with one of Canada’s largest financial institutions to bring on a Program Delivery Consultant to their Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence for Personal & Business Banking. This is a 4-month full-time contract to start, but it carries a very strong likelihood of multi-term extensions and a clear path toward a permanent full-time conversion down the line.

The schedule is a standard 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM corporate structure, operating on a hybrid model out of a major downtown Toronto office hub (currently 3 days on-site). Pay is between 35/hr-45/hr depending on overall experience.

The Work

You will bridge the gap between business strategy, customer experience design, and core technology systems. This isn't just about managing a timeline; it's about leading the end-to-end build and launch of next-generation digital products, features, and multi-channel experiences that drive real revenue.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire delivery lifecycle, collaborating closely with design, technical architecture, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Own and groom a strategic product backlog, using data-driven customer insights to defend your prioritization decisions and articulate value to leadership.
  • Navigate the intersection of Agile delivery and legacy Waterfall governance frameworks, ensuring solution designs satisfy rigorous enterprise risk, compliance, and regulatory controls.
  • Provide delivery oversight across testing functions, including end-to-end and UAT execution, while documenting business processes for smooth transitions to operations teams.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of shipping high-impact digital product or service experiences within a major Canadian bank or highly regulated financial institution.
  • Deep familiarity with multi-channel retail banking environments and a solid understanding of how modern digital systems interact with core banking architecture.
  • Strong competency in design thinking methodologies, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback to solve customer friction points.
  • The communication chops to lead by influence, challenge risk assumptions productively, and align highly technical engineering teams with business steering committees.
