Compensation: $110.00-$130.00/hr
Details: 12-month contract (W-2 and benefits eligible)

Marketing Partnerships maximizes the impact of brand engagements, driving
business results through creative excellence. The team consists of (4) distinct business
units focused on distinct outcomes:

All of these objectives are supported by the Brand Creative Studio team that collaborates with external brands and agency/production partners as well as internal cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and other innovative solutions. The Brand Creative Studio team consists of (5) disciplines: Brand Strategy, Creative, Design, Creative Production and Program Management. This team is tasked with ensuring partnership programs are rooted in a compelling strategy, crafted at the highest quality, and executed flawlessly.
About The Role
We are seeking a Manager, Program Management to join the team responsible for program and operational management for Ads Marketing / B2B Marketing.
The primary focus of this role is to build, run, and continuously improve the systems that allow ads marketing programs to move from strategy to execution across a complex set of stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. This includes tentpole advertising collateral and major Sales industry events (such as CES, Upfronts, Cannes, Advertising Week, etc).
This role is responsible for the operational integrity of these programs. You will bring structure to ambiguity, drive clarity on scope and sequencing, create reliable planning and tracking mechanisms, and ensure the right work is being prioritized, staffed, reviewed, and delivered. While this role is not a creative practitioner, the ideal candidate will have a sharp eye and a strong passion for creative excellence and problem-solving.
You will partner closely with the Senior Director of Ads Marketing, Creative Lead(s), Regional Creative Producers, and cross-functional stakeholders across sales, creative marketing, content, legal, music, PR/Comms, media, and regional marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
Build and run core program pipelines
  • Lead all project management and creative operations related to Industry Tentpole events and large-scale projects, establishing efficient workflows, agency engagement, timeline/budget management, cross-functional coordination, clearances/approvals, and timely delivery of assets.
  • Develop execution plans and ways-of-working that can scale across regions.
  • Establish and manage the agency roster, including service agreements, onboarding, and scopes of work. Partner with agency partners to develop and adhere to the plan.
  • Stay closely aligned with the Senior Director of Ads Marketing and their team, Creative Lead(s), and Regional Creative Producers to properly manage projects and prioritize resources based on scope of need.

Create operational clarity across complexity
  • Forecast and manage budgets, including negotiating estimates/bids and managing invoicing as needed.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and delivery risks early, and proactively propose solutions and tradeoffs.

Tracking + Reporting
  • Manage all tasks and resourcing on key projects so they move smoothly and efficiently across regions, with all tasks properly assigned.
  • Help implement current work processes and develop new methods to further streamline workflow within UCAN and globally.

Collaboration with XFN
Execution readiness + rollout coordination
  • Act as key liaison and day-to-day contact for cross-functional socialization and approvals on creative output for tentpole events and large-scale/global projects, partnering with teams such as sales, creative marketing, content, legal, music, PR/Comms, media, and regional marketing.
  • Provide executional oversight and coordination of all creative sales enablement materials (presentations, video, print, talent/legal, social/content, activations/events, PR, etc.).
  • Partner with the creative production team to plan any bespoke AV productions/shoots as needed.

Asset delivery + cross-functional enablement
  • Ensure all necessary assets are reviewed, approved, and delivered on time.
  • Partner with the localization team to prepare and traffic assets to regional teams as needed.

What We Are Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, tech, entertainment or sales
  • In-house or agency experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working on major industry tentpole events (e.g., CES, Upfronts, Cannes, Advertising Week).
  • Deep experience and passion for project management, with an understanding of creative sales enablement and bespoke campaign development.
  • Experience working on fast-paced projects involving multiple stakeholders, content production, and media activations.
  • Understands creative concepting, asset production, project management, and timely delivery of campaign elements.
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and managing external agency partners.
  • Strong written/verbal skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to manage and edit basic graphic designs and deck templates.
  • Works effectively and enjoys the interplay across cross-functional teams.
  • Can organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly, and accurately.
