Job Description:

Responsible/accountable for ensuring successful delivery

Daily task is primarily managing activities across work subprograms

Required ability:

  • Understand program plan, scope, and dependencies
  • Understand technology architecture and platform development activities
  • Familiarity with agile development methodology
  • Work with the PMO and sub program managers
  • Identify and closely track all critical dependencies
  • Understand all groups/people involved in making decisions and planning/executing around dependencies
  • Facilitate communication amongst those groups/people
  • Coordinate meetings/calls amongst them
  • Update sub-program project status, feeding into overall status update
  • Identify and help facilitate the resolution of issues/risks, feeding into overall issues/risk  List
  • Particularly strong communications skills with client executives
  • Experience working with global teams in the delivery of projects
