Position: Engineering Program Manager
Location: Austin, TX/ New York, Cupertino, CA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
 

Skills Requirements:

Strong EPM experience driving complex, cross-functional engineering programs across Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders.

Ability to manage portfolio-level planning, intake, roadmap tracking, dependency mapping, and execution follow-through.
Strong written/verbal communication, including concise exec-ready status, risks, and decision framing.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous/fast-moving environments with evolving scope and multiple stakeholders.
Experience with advertising platforms, media, campaign management, data/reporting, or large-scale product initiatives preferred.
Strong project hygiene using standard engineering program management tools, including issue/dependency tracking, roadmap planning, documentation, spreadsheets, and status reporting dashboards.
