What you''ll do:
Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program''s objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, Business sponsors, and team members. Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiative
Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance
Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program
Identify and assess program risks
Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones
Oversee the management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget
Facilitate the closure of the program upon successful completion
Training and guidance (Establish guidelines) to the team members across squads to establish consistencyu202f

Broadband Salary Range: $79,000 u2013 $131,000.
Our typical hiring range is between $79,000 and $105,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
