Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to support a large-scale commercial technology portfolio. This role will lead delivery across multiple strategic initiatives focused on Trade Promotion Management, B2B platforms, and enterprise integration with SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities:
• Lead program delivery across commercial IT initiatives, including TPM, B2B, and Sales Incentive platforms
• Drive integration strategy and execution with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce ecosystems
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with shared dependencies and enterprise impact
• Align business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors around timelines, scope, and delivery expectations
• Establish governance, reporting cadence, and risk management processes
• Oversee roadmap planning, resource coordination, and budget tracking
• Ensure scalable, repeatable delivery frameworks across commercial systems
• Act as a central escalation point and executive communication bridge
Qualifications:
Required:
• SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce experience is required.
• 8+ years of IT Program or Senior Project Management experience in enterprise environments
• Proven success leading large commercial or go-to-market technology programs
• Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA integrations
• Experience delivering programs involving Salesforce platforms
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-workstream environments
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred:
• Exposure to TPM, B2B commerce, or sales incentive systems strongly preferred
