  • A bachelor's level degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing. 
  • Four to five years' professional experience across analyst relations, with proficient knowledge of public relations
  • Working knowledge of how analyst relations and public relations intersect, including how analyst perspectives can inform media narratives and how press activity can support analyst engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to understand and create content from SME interviews, technical documents, etc.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for building custom presentations. 
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to quickly grasp new concepts, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Sound project management and time management skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work professionally with leaders throughout the organization. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated, autonomous and proactive.

  • Support strategic communications programs, with a focus on developing content that is tailored to the analyst audience - including analysts from Forrester Research, Everest and IDC - that can be leveraged in thought leadership campaigns and connected to broader PR and narrative strategy.
  • Develop ongoing content that supports various communications initiatives, including company intranet updates, website articles, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Build and manage relationships with marketing, PR, and communications colleagues to align AR activity with company-wide messaging and reputation goals.
  • Manage project management of analyst relations workflows, timelines and deadlines and administration of analyst subscriptions and internal communications resources.
  • Lead the creation of presentations and other collateral, including materials used in analyst conversations as well as supporting PR efforts for pitching and media engagement.
  • Review, summarize and track relevant research for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain calendar of planned research, and monitor and track analyst coverage alongside relevant press and media support.
  • Produce monthly reporting that shows results, insights and impact and measures the program's success.
