AI Tech Lead

Location: GA, NY

AI & NLP Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts and practical applications
  • Experience in Applied AI with a focus on software building (not just models)
  • Ability to design and evaluate AI-driven features
  • Knowledge of AI evaluation metrics such as BLEU and ROUGE scores

Chatbot & Automation

  • Develop and maintain an AI-powered chatbot
  • Support meeting preparation automation, including Minutes of Meeting (MoM) generation
  • Integrate with tools like Jira and Copilot

Document Processing & Knowledge Systems

  • Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
  • Design agentic orchestration for complex workflows
  • Experience with document ingestion, chunking, and indexing
  • Use of Vector Databases for semantic search
  • Migration experience from Solr to Elasticsearch
  • Use Elasticsearch for search and retrieval use cases

AI Content Generation

  • Automate generation of:
    • Titles
    • Chart descriptions
    • AI-generated summaries for dashboards and reports

System Design & Architecture

  • Provide high-level technical design
  • Ability to lead execution and "run the show" technically
