Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Network Technician to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and optimization of our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in network administration, troubleshooting, and security protocols. As an IT Network Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our network systems.



Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and wireless access points.
  • Troubleshoot customers network and computer issues.
  • Perform regular network maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and hardware upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot network-related problems reported by users and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement network solutions to improve the companys and clients infrastructure.
  • Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support for network emergencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network administration and security.


Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
