Title: IT Network Administrator
Location: Dallas
Requirements: Part-time/Retainer
Requirement
  • Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Network, Desktop Administrator.
  • Help Setup, configure and maintain various IT systems.
  • Set up physical and virtual desktops & servers as needed.
  • Monitor, upgrade and troubleshoot storage systems as required
  • Monitor and respond to security or server issues that occur at the user workstation or office level .
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of user technical issues.
  • Help test and deploy new applications and services.
  • Solid knowledge and hands on experience in of LAN/WAN protocols and troubleshooting skills related to network connectivity of devices.
  • Configure, monitor and troubleshoot network and server security systems (anti-virus, malware, spyware, web-filter and spam filter hardware and applications)
  • Perform troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and remedy common IT problems
  • Contribute to continuous system and service improvement through regular reviews
  • Support backup infrastructure to ensure data-protection goals are met
  • Provides emergency on-call support on need basis.
