Position Summary

The IT Manager – Customer Fulfillment, Procurement and Logistics Applications is responsible for the strategy, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of applications supporting Arclin’s customer service, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.

This role serves as the primary IT partner for Customer Service, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics, with a strong focus on SAP and its integration with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, carriers, and other supply-chain applications.

Key Responsibilities

Own the application roadmap for customer service, intercompany, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

Lead the support and improvement of SAP processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and billing.

Support intercompany and intracompany processes, including stock transfers, internal sales and purchase orders, intercompany deliveries, billing, and inventory in transit.

Oversee SAP integrations with 3PL providers, suppliers, carriers, warehouse systems, EDI platforms, and customer-facing applications.

Manage applications supporting warehouse operations, transportation planning, shipment visibility, freight management, labeling, scanning, and supplier collaboration.

Partner with business leaders and lead projects to improve order processing, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, delivery performance, and customer service.

Establish support models, service levels, monitoring, reconciliation, and exception-management processes.

Manage software vendors, implementation partners, managed-service providers, and 3PL technology teams.

Oversee the broader application portfolio, including lifecycle planning, upgrades, technical debt, licensing, security, and application rationalization.

Lead and develop SAP analysts, application specialists, contractors, and external resources.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Eight or more years of enterprise application experience, including significant SAP experience.

Strong knowledge of customer service, procurement, warehousing, inventory, transportation, logistics, and distribution processes.

Experience with SAP SD, MM, TM, or related supply-chain functionality.

Experience supporting intercompany, intracompany, stock-transfer, and procure-to-pay processes.

Experience integrating SAP with 3PL providers, suppliers, carriers, warehouse systems, and EDI platforms.

Experience leading projects, vendors, application portfolios, and cross-functional teams.

Strong business-partnering, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, engineered materials, or distribution.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Experience with Salesforce, warehouse mobility, labeling, transportation platforms, and freight-audit solutions.

SAP, PMP, ITIL, Agile, or supply-chain certification.
