Our program operations, planners, and experts provide the complete life cycle of requirements determination, capability-based assessments, CWMD planning, programming, COOP, and execution of recommendations for closing operational gaps. We innovatively train Federal, State, and local responders from the classroom, field, or with computer-based training programs. Our executive staff and field operations teams include senior policymakers, analysts, nationally recognized CWMD and exercise experts, and professional counterterrorism/special operations personnel.
