We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer with experience creating sales training, leadership development training and/or onboarding to design and develop engaging learning experiences that align with our clients’ business needs.

Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

  • Design and develop a variety of learning experiences, including eLearnings, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and assessments
  • Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience, including video, audio, simulations, gamification and AI
  • Collaborate with production team to bring learning experiences to life

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct thorough project discovery to understand client’s business objectives and implement creative solutions
  • Effectively collaborate with subject matter experts and other key client stakeholders
  • Develop deep understanding of various clients, learners, and industries
  • Demonstrate partnership, innovation, and expertise when interacting with clients

Continuous Improvement:

  • Evaluate and improve learning experiences based on feedback and data analysis

Project Management:

  • Meet project milestones and deadlines
  • Proactively communicate impediments to progress and offer creative solutions.
