With substantial growth and a reputation for excellence, weโ€™re seeking dedicated, self-motivated Sales/Design Consultants to join our team and help clients achieve optimal space organization.

Position Overview: As a Sales/Design Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to service key Loweโ€™s and Costco locations, managing leads and engaging directly with key personnel at these stores. Youโ€™ll be responsible for designing and selling custom storage solutions for homeowners, builders, and interior designers/firms. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to grow your career with an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on servicing Loweโ€™s and Costco locations, managing leads and working closely with store personnel to drive sales.
  • Design and sell custom storage solutions, including closets, home offices, garages, and more.
  • Engage with clients at Loweโ€™s and Costco to provide design consultations and follow through on leads.
  • Deliver excellent customer service from initial consultation through to installation, ensuring a seamless process for every client.
  • Use computer applications for job tracking, design drawings, and communication.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members while also working independently to achieve personal and team sales goals.
