Job Summary:
DTI (Diversified Technology Inc.) is a successful IT Consulting/Staffing firm. They are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect / Developer to support a Client project team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and architectural standards.
• Define interaction requirements across components, subsystems, and interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on Salesforce development and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Build reusable components and enforce best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including code refactoring and development process optimization.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team discussions and planning.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong hands-on experience in application design and software development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including: Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Data modeling and object relationships, Security and sharing model.
• Experience with low-code capabilities such as validation rules, workflows, and process flows.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred:
• Salesforce Certifications (preferred): Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I.
• Experience working in enterprise-level environments and complex integrations.
