Job Description:

Position is for Assoc, IT Security. Team member will be responsible for creation of privileged accounts, CyberArk safes, security groups, and file access in accordance with L3H policies and procedures. Duties will include application access and other functions as defined. Candidate will ideally have experience in Active Directory architecture and IT principles.

Essential Functions:

  • Data Access Control and Auditing: Manage user data access permission and data access requests, while complying with Access Management and compliance standards.
  • Access Training: Attend all required Access Management subject training as well as complete all L3H mandatory training.
  • Data Ownership: Identify and document data owners when needed for resolution of access requests following standards.
  • Privileged Account Access: Complete requests for privileged account access to data as well as account creation and password safety.
  • Group Policy Exceptions: Complete requests for group policy exceptions in accordance with standards and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure data security policies are clearly understood, up-to-date and enforced.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer impacted security issues
  • Other Duties as Identified

Qualifications:

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology/Computer Information Systems with Network Focus or Communications Focus, or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, enterprise IT, and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with data security and governance principles
  • Written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
