Job description

Job Summary:
Latitude Inc is seeking an IT Associate to manage SharePoint and support the Help Desk. This role involves providing technology support, managing helpdesk operations, and resolving incidents related to end user software and hardware.
Responsibilities:
• Provides technology support remotely and in-person (when required), to include but not limited to: advanced problem diagnosis and error resolution, equipment setup/repair, assisting with network /server troubleshooting/patching, telecom support/troubleshooting.
• Manages helpdesk support.
• Assists with (or coordinates) the repair of end user hardware and the reinstallation of software as necessary to resolve end user incidents.
• Resolves incidents associated with company-standard end user software and hardware, including mobile/hand-held technologies. Identifies sources and trends of technical problems to prevent future occurrences within the prescribed processes and SLAs.
• Assists with off-site support for company sponsored functions/meetings.
• Analyzes information, identifies key issues and relationships, and draws logical conclusions; identifies the root causes of problems and develops and suggests appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 1-2 years’ work experience in technology services and/or consulting environment
• Must be located within 30 miles of the Baltimore, MD area and able to travel for urgent IT issues if needed.
• Highly proficient with SharePoint tool and management
• Highly proficient with Microsoft office suite
• Strong Networking capabilities
