Work-study contracts for new hires will run from August 24, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Some students may receive shorter contract periods based on their hire date or financial aid eligibility.

What our office does:

The Office of the Registrar supports the academic endeavors of CSN students, partners with faculty and staff to create learning opportunities, and serves as the steward of CSN's institutional integrity through accurate recordkeeping of the students' academic lifecycle.

Position Description

This position aids our students and staff by completing the following duties:

  • Answering and transferring calls on a multi-line phone system

  • Filing paperwork, data entry, and assisting adjunct faculty with mail

  • Assisting walk-in students, faculty, and community members

  • Assistance with campus events

  • Additional duties as assigned
