Core Purpose
To create high-quality video, photography, and multimedia content that brings the MaxBP brand to life across social media, advertising, campaigns, product launches, and other marketing channels, while contributing to broader marketing initiatives across the company.
This role is ideal for an experienced video creator who can take a project from concept through production and final edit, understands how content performs in a digital marketing environment, and wants to contribute beyond the camera and editing suite.
Primary Responsibilities:
Video Production
  • Film baseball, softball, athlete, creator, and product content
  • Plan and execute video shoots from concept through production
  • Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, training, product, and event footage
  • Film creator collaborations and athlete content
  • Assist with larger commercial and campaign productions
  • Manage cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment
  • Identify opportunities to capture additional useful content during shoots

Video Editing & Post-Production
  • Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and paid advertising
  • Edit longer-form YouTube, campaign, instructional, and brand content as needed
  • Create multiple hooks, cuts, and variations from existing footage
  • Add captions, graphics, music, sound design, and basic motion graphics
  • Adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and placements
  • Maintain a high and consistent standard of visual quality

Photography & Multimedia
  • Shoot product, athlete, lifestyle, and event photography

Ideal Skills & Experience
Required
  • 2-5 years of professional video production, content creation, multimedia, or related experience
  • Strong video editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
  • Strong experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras
  • Understanding of lighting, audio, composition, and production fundamentals
  • Experience producing content specifically for social and digital platforms
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts
  • Ability to independently take projects from concept through final delivery
  • Highly organized with strong file and project management habits
