Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles.
  • Help customers setting appointments, verify parts for appointment and reminder calls.
  • Managing our CX Experience program from ford for Pick-up, Delivery and Remote Service.
  • Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience.
  • This position is apart of an award winning dealership with opportunity for growth.
