What You'll Do: As an Ag Underwriting Customer Service Representative, you will: Ensure continuous growth of the company, providing quality service for the Ag Business Unit through prompt assistance and processing. Assist with coverage, rating and billing processes on ag accounts through workflow, phone calls and e-mail.

Review submitted materials for completeness and accuracy, following up as needed. Create and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, agents and client/members. Be a resource for questions, assisting with education and training as well.

Flexibility is key, as you will have other duties and projects as assigned. What It Takes to Join Our Team: Ag/farming background is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Flexibility to organize and process work with limited supervision under tight deadlines. Strong customer service skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have basic math skills and ability to learn basic knowledge of insurance products.

Strong computer skills are required in order to quickly learn our multiple systems. Progress towards industry education is expected. Work 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday from our office in Manhattan, KS.
