• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ emotional, mental, and social needs, integrating data from parents, teachers, and direct observations.
• Develop tailored care plans in collaboration with students, families, and school staff, ensuring that the strategies align with academic and personal growth goals.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.
• Advocate fiercely for students’ rights, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support systems both within the school and the community.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, psychologists, and parents, to create a holistic approach to student wellness.
• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring immediate support for students in distress.

You will primarily work with school-aged children and their families, addressing various psychosocial issues that can significantly impact academic performance and overall well-being. Our school-focused model promotes a proactive approach to mental health, focusing on early intervention and ongoing support to facilitate positive outcomes for students facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in social work, preferably in educational or community settings.
• Strong understanding of social work principles, child and adolescent mental health issues, and community resources.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working within a school environment or with youth populations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms to enhance remote service delivery.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and best practices in managing behavioral disorders.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
