• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments of students to identify their mental health needs and challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

This role focuses on providing mental health support to a diverse student population ranging from elementary to high school ages. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Tennessee is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience working in a school setting or with youth populations is highly desirable.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
