Job description

- Take direction from and collaborate with Supervisor to train new hires in accordance with written instructions.
- Enforce policies such as fod, broken needle, red/green tag
- Assist supervisor in day to day operations, as directed
- Work with QC to resolve quality issues found during inspection
- Produce and approve first article inspection samples
- Assist in meeting monthly production goals
- Production - Knowledge of production processes related to sewing and QC control
