Job description

Job Title: Technician
Location: Holland, MI
Shift: Full-time – travel required
Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Job Summary
Are you someone who has strong mechanical ability, electrical knowledge, and excellent troubleshooting skills? We are seeking a Technician to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you will be a vital part of our operations, helping us support safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly, service, and repair of CNC machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Assembling, tuning, and repairing CNC machines: Build and service machines to meet quality and performance standards
  • Training customers and providing support: Teach proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Handling shipping, receiving, and diagnostics: Manage equipment logistics and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
In addition, you will also be expected to assist with reading detailed assembly instructions, safety compliance, and general tasks that support the production and service team.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with CNC machinery, Edgebanders, and Automation Machinery (woodworking or cabinet making experience a strong plus)
  • Ability to read and comprehend detailed assembly instructions
  • Must be able and willing to travel abroad approximately 1 week out of the month
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Skills:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Basic electrical understanding
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting ability
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math and measurement accuracy
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs when needed
  • Previous experience with Automation machinery, CNC machinery, and edgebanders are highly preferred
