Location: TLA (The Nines)

Position: 12 Month calendar; 8 Hours                                                 

Status: Non-Exempt 8

Starting Pay: $22.18 per hour (& up based on verifiable experience)

Essential Job Functions:

The TLA Administrative Assistant for Teaching and Learning Purchasing has primary responsibility for budget tracking; purchasing materials and equipment; processing payments; ensuring receipt of materials by appropriate parties; reporting financials; and other duties as assigned. This position will support Teaching Learning and Accountability curriculum leaders and library media staff.  This role is responsible for helping to maintain responsible use of Parkway funds. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with MUNIS or similar financial software
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Competence in the Google Suite of tools including Drive, Docs, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Competence with basic and advanced spreadsheet formulas
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to move in and around district buildings and campus locations
