PILATES (MAT) INSTRUCTOR TO TEACH A CLASS AT A CORPORATE RANCH LOCATED IN VAN ALSTYNE, TEXAS

The class will be taught once a week to adults in a serene setting and the instructor can choose one of days and times they would like to teach the class on a regular basis: Monday - Friday any time from 1 - 4 pm and Saturdays or Sundays at 4 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

The Mat Pilates instructor will be responsible for providing Pilates fitness instruction in a group fitness setting. Responsibilities are as follows: 

  • Customize Pilates programs for group setting at corporation located in in Van Alstyne
  • Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications
  • Maintain client session appointments through Mindbody software
  • The Pilates instructor will lead safe and effective Pilates classes. 
  • Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style
  • Punctual, reliable and dedicated 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Pilates Certification
  • CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
  • Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally and technically.
  • Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of Pilates exercises..
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate all movements
  • Reliable form of transportation
