  • Currently hiring for school year positions: weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
  • Specifically looking for a preschool gymnastics coach for Tuesdays 3:45-7:30pm, Fridays 3:45-7:30pm and Saturdays 8:15am-1:15pm.
Mini-Hops Gymnastics benefits include 401(k), Paid Time Off (1.5 hours for every 30 hours worked), paid holidays and discounts for all staff who work 4 hours or more per week. Wages and benefits commensurate with experience.

Mini Hops Gymnastics is looking for caring, energetic and creative people to work with children ages 5 and under; teaching life lessons through the sports of gymnastics, dance, performing arts and more. A love for children is required, but experience in gymnastics is not. We are hiring early childhood sports instructors for after-school hours and Saturdays. We are open 6 days a week 8:00 am-8:00 pm. The strongest need during the school year is for evenings from 3:45/4:00-7:30 pm and Saturday mornings from 8:15 am-1:15 pm. The strongest need in summer is for 7:45-12:15 and/or 330-730pm, on weekdays.

Coaching pay is based on experience and education and ranges from $15-$26.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years’ experience working with preschoolers (we hire people with great character and we train them to teach gymnastics).
  • A willingness to learn and grow as a person and an instructor.
  • An understanding or willingness to learn early childhood development and developmental stages.
  • The ability to thrive in a positive, family-friendly environment.
