Team Member/ Swim Instructor - Full Time/Part Time

No Previous Swim Experience Needed - we offer paid training including Lifeguarding and CPR.

We provide training in a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure our teachers can give great lessons for all students! With continuous training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team, we create an environment that is inclusive and fun. We are looking to grow our team with teachers who are eager to learn and have a passion for helping children achieve their full potential!

We offer Swim Instructors:

  • Competitive Pay: Average pay rate of $16.00 to $18.00 upon completion of training

We offer our Swim Teachers training for everything you will need to teach great lessons. The skills you will need to bring are:

  • Previous swimming experience not required

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in the water for at least 25 hours per week
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be willing to work at least one weekend day
