UBABY Color is launching its first North American flagship campus in Upland, California, to build a community where children can explore, create, and grow.

Role Description The Teaching Assistant role at UBABY Color is a part-time, on-site position based at the Upland, CA campus. In this role, the Teaching Assistant supports lead instructors in delivering the art and creativity curriculum, helping to prepare materials, set up classrooms, and guide children through activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lesson implementation, providing individualized support to students, encouraging positive classroom behavior, and maintaining a safe and welcoming learning environment.
