Job Summary: We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs. We have an onsite trainer that will teach you on the job while you earn. This is a career, not just a job!

Responsibilities
  • Nurture relationships to build clientele for life.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become their vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies. Research competitors vehicles for comparison.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
  • Be a team player.
