Job description

About the Boulders Resort & Spa:
Wrapped around the 12-million-year-old boulders that give the resort its name, The Spa at The Boulders offers Premier Members and Resort guests a Zen-like ambiance with the healing serenity and energy of the desert. Within this 33,000 sq.ft. sanctuary, bliss-seekers will find two diverse wings. In the invigorating West wing, guests will find a 2,000 sq.ft. fitness facility which includes a yoga studio, large movement studio, cardiovascular workout equipment and weight training equipment. The east wing holds 24 diverse treatment rooms, Men's and Women's steam, a dry sauna, and Japanese-inspired relaxation baths called O'furo, and the Tea Room, a common resting place for men and women.
Responsibilities:
  • Spa Locker Room Attendants are the liaison between spa treatments and amenities. 
  • This individual is primarily responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of guest lockers, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms. 
  • This includes the distribution of linens and the maintenance of toiletries in locker room vanities. 
  • Spa Attendants add to the guest experience by hosting and fostering an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.

  • As our Locker Room Attendant, you’ll be excited to provide world-class guest service to our guests and ensure they receive the highly sought-after Canyon Ranch experience. 
  • Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth, efficient operation and impeccably neat and clean appearance of the Locker Room, locker areas and wet areas. 
  • You’ll be a pro at taking care of our guests' needs, which starts with providing them with a personalized tour as they check-in and furnishing them with a robe and sandals. 
  • You'll also take part in keeping these areas stocked with neatly-folded towels, refreshments, and amenities.
