Job description

Markon is building a talent pool of Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA) to support future Intelligence Community missions at Fort Meade, MD. This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify qualified candidates to support target development and network analysis in support of mission-critical cyber and SIGINT operations. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings aligned to mission priorities.


  • Conduct analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights, leads, and targeting recommendations.
  • Ensure target continuity by profiling targets, their activities, and associated networks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive baseline profiles for designated target sets.
  • Maintain and manage databases supporting targeting, tasking, and analytical activities.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and tailor existing collection or enable new collection strategies to close those gaps.
  • Apply multiple analytical disciplines, including pattern recognition across targetsโ€™ communications, network usage, and digital footprints.
  • Analyze targetsโ€™ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies to enhance operational understanding.
  • Leverage knowledge of Intelligence Community missions and requirements to align analysis with customer priorities.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts on TDNA tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph
  • Experience conducting target development and network analysis in support of intelligence operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze multi-source intelligence and open-source data.
  • Proficiency in maintaining analytical databases and producing structured target profiles.
  • Strong understanding of IC missions, operational needs, and analytic tradecraft.
  • Ability to recognize patterns across communications, networks, and digital activity.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to convey complex findings clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
  • Familiarity with advanced TDNA tools and analytic platforms.
  • Experience supporting high-priority or complex target sets within the Intelligence Community.

USD $110,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr.
