This opportunity supports a team of Exploitation Analysts, Digital Network Exploitation Analysts, Target Digital Network Analysts, and Cyber Network Defense Analysts, responsible for improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) with exceptional discovery abilities in both networks and personas. You will leverage the AMOD tool suite, including XKS and DX, at a highly proficient level to develop unique accesses that support customer needs. Your strong collaboration with Computer Network Operations (CNO) and High-Confidence Source Operations (HCSO) will be essential in advancing mission objectives. In addition to your analytical duties, you will assist in cross-organizational collaboration, contribute to training plans, and develop strategies to enhance team performance.
The TDNA 4 shall possess the following capabilities:
  • Experience in analyzing DNI and DNR information for intelligence reporting.
  • Proficiency in conducting sustained target analysis and utilizing advanced analytic techniques.
  • Ability to build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
  • Strong skills in evaluating intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection efforts.
  • Familiarity with open-source data and collection analysis.
  • Knowledge of relevant databases and tools for targeting and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in intelligence analysis.

Required Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma/GED with 15 years of experience.
  • An Associate's Degree with 13 years of experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree with 11 years of experience.
  • A Master's Degree with 9 years or experience.
  • A PhD with 7 years of experience.
  • A degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
Pay Range: 200,000-247,000
