Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Owner at the Vice President level to lead the development, integration, and commercialization of a next-generation cash flow forecasting and liquidity management solutions across our Transaction Banking businesses. This role will be pivotal in partnering with a leading fintech provider to integrate their cash flow forecasting capabilities into our client online portal.
The successful candidate will define and deliver the product roadmap, lead go-to-market initiatives, and drive adoption across multiple business lines, ensuring the solution scales effectively and delivers meaningful impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of cash flow forecasting solutions as the primary product focus, while bringing hands-on experience and domain knowledge across liquidity management products including cash concentration, virtual accounts, notional pooling, and investment/sweep services-from ideation through launch, scaling, and ongoing optimization.
  • Own product strategy and roadmap, aligning client needs, market trends, fintech innovation, and business priorities to drive adoption, profitability, and competitive differentiation.
  • Partner with internal technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external fintech providers to deliver high-quality integrations, seamless user experiences, and scalable platforms (including Business Central).
  • Define detailed product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories; support business cases and ensure disciplined execution across development and delivery teams.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and client migration strategies, supporting commercialization, training, and client-facing positioning across transaction banking businesses.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on liquidity structures, forecasting capabilities, and regulatory requirements, ensuring products meet governance, operational risk, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, relationship managers, and implementation teams to drive cross-business adoption and embed solutions across client segments and geographies.
  • Monitor product KPIs, client usage, and financial performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and incremental client value creation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6-9 years of experience in product management, transaction banking, treasury, or fintech, with proven ability to deliver innovative digital products.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow management, forecasting, and working capital solutions.
  • Experience in go-to-market planning, product launch, and client migration.
  • Track record of successfully partnering with fintechs or third-party providers to integrate and scale digital solutions.
  • Ability to define and execute product roadmaps with a client-first mindset.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with an execution-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills.
