Job Summary
As the Events Manager at TD Bank (Mount Laurel, NJ) with Restaurant Associates, you will create memorable, service-driven event experiences, seamlessly managing meetings and conferences while collaborating with clients, vendors, and colleagues to provide best-in-class hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all event reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and a seamless client experience
  • Oversee the appearance and functionality of conference spaces, maintaining high standards of quality and readiness
  • Clearly communicate available services, policies, and associated fees to clients
  • Coordinate and execute all services for scheduled meetings and events
  • Participate in planning meetings to review event details, address team questions, and align on logistics
  • Support additional operational needs and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma /GED required, an Associate's degree in hospitality management, communications or other related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of event management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask; managing multiple projects and work assignments
  • Ability to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of events
  • Tact in working with professional peers from other departments and all subordinates
