This full-service bank is committed to delivering innovative financial products and exceptional customer service while supporting individuals and businesses in the community.Position OverviewThe Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including staff supervision, customer service, sales performance, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for driving business development, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient and compliant branch operations. This position is located in Staten Island, NY.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily branch operations, including customer service, staffing, and transaction oversight
  • Drive sales growth through new business development, referrals, and relationship management
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and local businesses
  • Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff to meet performance goals
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and security procedures
