Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Excellent network administration and troubleshooting skills.
2. Good Understanding and troubleshooting skills of TCP/IP, Switching &Routing protocols, MPLS, Load balancing
3. Knowledge and experience in STP, VTP, HSRP, VLAN, QoS and other switching technologies
4. Good Knowledge & Hands on experience on Palo Alto Firewalls and Juniper switches
5. Good Knowledge and experience on Cisco Wireless Controllers
6. Ability to understand the design and provide suggestions for improvements
7. Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
8. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
9. Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
10. Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business
11. Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities

Roles & Responsibilities
Resolve critical network incidents escalated from L1 and L2 teams. Analyze complex routing, switching, wireless, and security issues. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Review network architecture and recommend improvements and align with standards. Support datacenter and cloud networking ( Azure, AWS) manage hybrid connectivity and SD-WAN solutions. Abilities to manage and guide team for all LAN/Wi-Fi/ SDWAN issue.
