Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Experience with PLM software like 3DX, Teamcenter
• PLM experience on aerospace process / certification and knowledge of products.
• Experience in executing projects in Agile Framework
• Background in engineering, IT, or product data management, with experience in PLM customization and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Backlog & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the PLM product roadmap and backlog, turning business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external partners to gather requirements and drive adoption.
• Process Improvement: Optimize PLM workflows, including Change Management (ECR/ECN), BOM management, and document control, aligning them with company goals.
• Agile Leadership: Drive product development using Scrum or SAFe, leading grooming and sprint planning sessions with technical teams.
• System Ownership: Ensure system availability, data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, coordinating testing and deployment of new features.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or equivalent
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Ability to communicate complex results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
