Role - QA Manager
Experience Required - 6+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Experience managing large scale testing projects/programs/initiatives
2. Work with impacted platforms Engg/Product leaders and track multiple milestones and deliverables
3. Create and maintain holistic project testing schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to
track progress and communicate testing status
4. Expert creating Program Test Summary/Dashboards; present to VP and above
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies and identify appropriate tooling and frameworks to support all testing efforts.
• Triage defects and issues, working closely with development teams and production to prioritize issues to be fixed ahead of the next release.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of both production and QA testing processes, facilitating as a point of contact between teams.
• Own/update testing inputs to E2E Project roadmaps, RAID, run Program Test Sync calls
Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $110,000 Per Annum
