Position summary

Builds the register in whatever platform RELLIS selects and makes it produce useful information. Configures workflows, structures the data, and delivers reporting that tells campus leadership what is due, what is late, and what is at risk. Also maintains the schedule interface where agreement milestones connect to project schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Configure the obligation register and supporting workflows in the selected system
  • Assess platform fit and document what agreement-based tracking requires that project-based tracking does not
  • Structure data so obligations can be reported by project, by party, by due date, and by risk
  • Build and maintain operating, portfolio, and exception reporting
  • Maintain the interface between agreement milestones and project schedules
  • Train RELLIS personnel on system use as positions are filled
Required
  • 5+ years in project controls, PMIS administration, or capital program data management
  • Hands-on configuration experience with an owner-side PMIS
  • Strong reporting and data structuring capability
  • Comfort working from contract documents to define data requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in engineering, construction management, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred
  • e-Builder configuration and administration experience
  • Power BI, Tableau, or comparable reporting tools
  • Prior work in a university system or public agency capital program
