About the Role:
The Highlander Group is seeking a detail‑oriented, client‑focused Tax Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver exceptional, personalized tax preparation services while supporting a firm that believes tax work should feel human — not transactional. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely tax returns for individuals and small businesses
