Route Service And Sales Trainee

Auto-Chlor System is immediately hiring a Route Service and Sales Trainee for our Amarillo location. Be a part of a growing organization with a strong brand reputation that has thrived off reliable customer service and exceptional products for over 85 years.

Job Summary: After training, this employee will drive various routes to visit current Auto-Chlor Customers. During these customer visits, they will restock customer products, provide preventive maintenance on the commercial dishwasher machine, collect payment, and upsell any of our cleaning/disinfecting products. This employee will be provided with a company phone and drive our Auto-Chlor vans. We provide continuous training on the job!

  • A typical work schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm.
  • Annual pay of $47,000 to $57,000 (consisting of $20 hr., guaranteed overtime, and on-call).

Qualifications:

  • Ability to Work Independently: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking ownership of your assigned route and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Possess a natural inclination towards mechanical tasks and be comfortable performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwasher machines.
  • Light Sales Experience: Prior experience in light sales or upselling is preferred, as you will have the opportunity to promote our cleaning and disinfecting products to customers.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a reasonably clean driving record, allowing you to fulfill driving responsibilities efficiently.
  • On-Call Rotation: Ability to participate in an on-call rotation that occurs every 3-4 weeks, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
