The Opportunity
As an International Tax Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on structuring their global tax positions, analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery.
In this role at PwC, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client expectations. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. By mentoring junior staff and addressing conflicts or issues, you will foster a collaborative environment that upholds professional and technical standards. Your ability to analyze and identify linkages within complex systems will be crucial in delivering value to our clients and maintaining the quality of our services.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency for multinational businesses
- Structuring global tax positions to minimize risks and enhance compliance with international standards
- Leading teams in the planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of tax projects
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in delivering client expectations
- Developing skills outside comfort zones and encouraging team members to do the same

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
