Responsibilities for a Tax Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:
  • Review and validate tax documentation, including IRS Forms W-8 and W-9, for consumer deposit accounts.

  • Verify customer information and supporting documentation while ensuring compliance with IRS regulations, bank policies, and tax reporting requirements.

  • Prepare and process customer correspondence, including mailings for missing, incomplete, or expired tax forms.

  • Support Consumer Tax Operations by performing additional tax-related duties, document validation, and operational tasks as assigned.

Candidates for Tax Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Experience reviewing and validating IRS Forms W-8 and W-9 and other tax-related documentation.

  • Knowledge of IRS regulations, tax reporting requirements, and compliance standards related to consumer banking operations.
